A series of challenges

Machines of this type need speed and precision. The vision system is responsible for locating the component on a plane or in space. The design-advanced gripper must be reliable. The transfer movement based on a properly selected solution must be fast and accurate, and the entire operation must remain safe for the transferred element.

As Smart Automation, we have implemented a number of applications of this class, based on solutions tailored to the needs:
